a fair stay
friendly staff clean bathroom great common area basic equipment small room misleading description
the staff was friendly and they spoke english fluently. the facilities, including the bathrooms, were very clean. i found the common area on the upper floor great. it was nice.
the room lacked basic equipment. there was no blanket per person, a problem. i found the room super expensive and small. the description of the rooms was also misleading.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities
kind staff delicious breakfast great location free drinks
I found the staff kind and competent. I really appreciated the delicious breakfasts with juices and various hot beverages. The location between Shibuya and Ebisu provided easy access to local restaurants and transport links. The free drinks at the bar were a welcome perk (a nice touch!).
I noticed the common space sometimes became easily crowded with limited seating, making relaxation a bit challenging.

Small Rooms, Odd Lighting Choices
minimal ventilation uncomfortable ambiance
The room size was definitely a challenge. Maneuvering in the bathroom felt difficult, and ventilation was minimal! The space between the bed and the bathroom door was also quite tight. The lighting was off. Zero control made for an uncomfortable evening ambiance.
